Our guarantee covers the full door unit — from the frame and slab through to the hardware and glazing. Here is exactly what you get.
All PVCu frames are guaranteed for 10 years against workmanship defects, delamination and discolouration. Your frame will stay structurally sound and looking right for the long term.
All standard door slabs are guaranteed for 10 years against workmanship defects, delamination and discolouration. Oak and Dark Wood finish slabs carry a 5-year guarantee.
All hardware is guaranteed for 10 years unless otherwise stated at the time of order. Handles, hinges, letterplates and knockers are all covered against manufacturing defects.
All locks and cylinders are guaranteed for 10 years. Every door we supply is fitted with a multi-point locking system — this is fully covered for the duration of the guarantee period.
Hermetically sealed glazing units are guaranteed for 5 years against seal failure and condensation between panes. All glazing is installed to manufacturer specification.

What the Guarantee Covers.
The guarantee applies to products found to be defective as a result of the following. If any of these apply to your door, contact us and we will make it right.
A Little Care Goes a Long Way.
Wipe the door slab down with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth. For the frame, warm soapy water works well. Stubborn marks on the frame can be treated with a specialist PVC cleaner following the manufacturer's guidelines.
Lubricate hinges every six months with a light engineering oil such as 3-in-1. For cylinder locks, use a graphite powder or Teflon-based lubricant only — avoid WD40 and wet oils as these will jam the lock mechanism over time.
Do not use washing up liquid, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach, solvents, adhesives or high pressure steam cleaners on any part of the door. Remove jewellery before cleaning to avoid surface scratches.
Important: Always engage the multi-point locks when the door is shut to protect the door from thermal distortion. This is especially important during hot weather.
Guarantee Exclusions.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The following are not covered as they fall outside the scope of a manufacturer guarantee.
